I can't log email into HubSpot

Good day, everyone!

I have installed the HubSpot Sales extension for Chrome.

It’s connected to my HubSpot account, but I’m experiencing two problems:

1. Emails from Gmail are not automatically uploaded to HubSpot, even though all the necessary settings are turned on.
2. I can’t log an email because I don’t see a menu item as shown in many instructions.

I have already reinstalled the extension, but the problem remains.

It looks like a bug.

Can you share a screenshot of what you see when you create an email in Gmail?

I send emails from HubSpot.

But I receive emails from customers in Gmail inbox and I want these emails to be uploaded to HubSpot automatically.

It doesn’t work despite the email came from an exisiting contact in HubSpot.

I also don’t see any menu allowing me to upload email manually.

I attached screenshot in my previous email.

In instruction it looks like this:

But in reality I see now menu ‘Log email to HubSpot’.

So, there are two questions:

1. Why emails are not uploaded automatically.

2. Why can’t I see the menu Log email to HubSpot
