Hi guys, I am trying to connect my website to hubspot and previously I was able to do that but not any more.
When I go through to sign in process, then it recornises my email then it says connect with your website as a last step then it doesn’t do anything or goes anywhere??
@AAndrews99 are you following the steps in HubSpot or Wordpress? Can you share a screenshot of the steps you’ve taken and where it stops and/or gives you the error?
How long was your website previously connected? Did you install any other plugins that could’ve caused it to disconnect? What is the last date you can see data from your website in HubSpot?
And what is your website URL to check for the HubSpot script?
So basically I login to my WP website then try to sign in with plugin in the back and once I signed in it tells me here is your account then once I sign in then it says connect with the website and after that it shows this page doesn’t exist. See screenshots attached.
@AAndrews99 thank you for the detailed steps, this is really helpful.
When you log in to HubSpot, can you please check in Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps and see if you can find the WordPress app there?
If you can, it might help resolve the issue if you remove it and then go through the steps again to add it.
The other thing you can try is to clear your cache or use incognito - the loop you’re in with signing in could be caused by cookies, removing the sign in cookies could resolve the error without having to fully disconnect.
Hi @AAndrews99 thank you for completing the steps, if removing the app completely from HubSpot, clearing cache, and reinstalling didn’t work, I’m at a loss for how we can get this resolved.
Can you reach out to WordPress support to see if they have any current known issues with connecting the app?
Also, gds.google.com is a google visualization tool, shouldn’t be related to the issue.
The HubSpot tracking code is a great way to connect your website data to HubSpot, there are differences with how it works relative to the plugin, but I’m glad that you have everything working again!
