I have been marked wrongly in the hubspot email marketing software certification test. I answered that a/b testing cannot be conducted with less than 1000 participants. The question asked whether a test could be conducted on 900 participants. In another question the contacts were 100,how can a/b testing be conducted. The version a email can only be sent to 100 participants. Both the answers are correct. Please mark them correct and revise the score.

Can you please share the exact questions you’re referring to? I completed the course again in May and my exam breakdown only includes these A/B test related questions:
- What is another term for A/B testing?
- True or false? When you conduct email A/B testing and create test groups, both groups should be a sample of your overall audience (in size and in representation of your contacts).
- In A/B testing, when it comes to statistical significance, what is the minimum confidence level HubSpot suggests?
- Fill in the blank: When performing email A/B tests, _______.
- True or false? In A/B testing, you should always send your emails simultaneously.
In general, I am not aware of HubSpot revising scores on an individual basis. There is likely a small nuance in the way the question is phrased that might’ve led to a misunderstanding.
The path of least resistance is to complete the exam again. The two questions alone shouldn’t affect if you pass or do not.

I have got a score of 44/60, and I am not attempting it again. I have a whole list of questions where I have marked the correct answers.
@nehamehta1 in more than a decade of using HubSpot’s platform and offerings, I have not seen HubSpot revise a score. I assume that thousands of learners are going through certifications every day – HubSpot can’t possibly manually intervene.
If you’re not re-taking the exam, you will almost certainly not receive the certificate. You didn’t receive a passing grade. Unfortunately, it is as straightforward as that.

I’ve also gone through the Exam portion of the Certification specifically and am not seeing any questions regarding the recommended sending sizes for A/B testing either.
Is this the Certification you’re referring to?
If so, I will need to suggest simply retaking the exam like Karsten has stated. Otherwise, please feel free to include the exact name of the Certification/ Course you’re taking and please screenshot the exact question you’re running into issues with.

I was able to locate the different course that you’re referring to. I can confirm that the answers for those questions are correct and that they were answered incorrectly. I would suggest looking into the answers more carefully as they are more specific than what you’ve included in your original post.
That said, you are only one question away from passing the exam. You will will need to retake the exam and will only need 45/60 to pass.

I’ve checked all of the above. The correct answers are all accurate to the functionality of the tool. I unfortunately will not be able to provide answers to the exam for you, but I will note that a couple of these questions allow you to select multiple options. (ie; “select all that apply”)
