# Hyperlink using a URL personalisation token

Thanks, I’ve watched the Loom and tried to implement it, but HubSpot now doesn’t recognise the text as a URL so it’s not clickable.

My issue is, everyone who leaves something in the basket is issued with a URL to that basket. This URL is logged under ‘deals’.

I’ve used workflows to populate a new personalisation token under ‘contacts’ but even when I try this over the button it still doesn’t work sadly.

Let’s all upvote this - Should be an easy fix HubSpot!
