I have been using a rich text property to be used in the email. You can import the list with **the different links to the files** but you should not forget to format the spreadsheet with an HTML string \<a href="link to be used "\>Link name \</a\> so that it shows as a link in the rich text property

I’m looking for help from experts here. Using links in the email signature with a custom token. I have created a new email token called {WhatsAppLink} and am looking to link this to the text “WhatsApp Me” in the email signature preset. Any idea how to do it? I have tried the following options, and none of them worked:

1. {{contact.hubspot\_owner\_id.whatsapplink}}
2. {{user.whatsapplink}}
3. {{user.tokens.whatsapplink}
4. [https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/{{user.whatsapplink}](https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/%7B%7Buser.whatsapplink%7D)}
5. [https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/{{user.tokens.whatsapplink}}](https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/%7B%7Buser.whatsapplink%7D%7D)
6. [https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/users/presets/tokens/whatsapplink](https://app.hubspot.com/9447638/users/presets/tokens/whatsapplink)

This is a long overdue feature. There are some great workarounds in this thread, but it should be native. For me, I can’t get it to work in the menus, but the CTAs and buttons work great.

6 Years. 6 Years and Hubspot has not fixed this? Wow. Rediculous.

My issue: Is that when using a personalization token with a link to a custom quote, hubspot auto-populates “http” even though it is already in the link. This is breaking the links so that they will not work…I’ve tried a bunch of work arounds and no way to resolve this to my knowledge yet.

 ![157088i7B1DD2FF105FDC7C.png](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/5/d/5d0a62e74a53e8174c052d3a4ffc9646fbb9c482.png)

Whenever I remove “http” and click “save” it adds the “http” back to the link and doesn’t work. Very frustrating issue when you can’t personalize a 1:1 sales email with the quote you want to send the client.
