# Hyperlink doesn’t work and show http://t.sidekickopen83/

Hello, I hyperlink un hubspot but when I send the email we’ll to the customer the don’t see the hyperlink but they see a long website starting with [http://t.sidekickopen83/with](http://t.sidekickopen83/with) [this](http://t.sidekickopen83/)

Can you share the screenshots of how you are adding Hyperlinks in your emails seems like the Hyperlink you have added in your emails is not correct
