You can collect up to one thousand non-marketing contacts using HubSpot’s free marketing tools and HubSpot CRM at no cost. Do you have any existing contacts in your CRM? You may need to make sure there are less than 100 existing contacts.
If you don’t have any contacts, maybe try copying the data into a fresh spreadsheet and importing that. Sometimes there is invisible formatting that can cause errors on import.
