Hi yall, i have connected my hubspot website to my 3rd party domain (squarespace/google), but when i navigate to my published webpage, the browser says “site can’t provide secure connection”. However, in Hubspot it says my site is secure as seen in the screenshots attached. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

seems like a SSL mismatch or DNS failure.
www. is, from a technically perspective, a subdomain.
If you got a working page build on Squarespace and want to use HubSpot for some additional pages like landing pages, blog … you need a slightly different setup.
In other words, if you’ve connected www.zelipressurewashing.com to HubSpot but you got a working page build on Squarespace it won’t work as the DNS settings are most likely duplicated and the server doesn’t know when to forward the request to HS and when to Squarespace.
My recommendation in this case would be to create a sub-domain like content.zelipressurewashing.com (fully up to you) in your domain hosting settings, connect this domain to HS and change the DNS settings of this subdomain to forward all the requests to HubSpot.
Doing so let’s you have a Squarespace page as well as HubSpot pages.
If you’re not using Squarespace for a seperated page, why even pay for it?
You can host your domain on many different services like go-daddy, google, IONOS… Completely up to you. It might be even cheaper to just get a domain hosting and email service and connect it to HubSpot.
When it comes to the SSL cert, there might be a few clashes here as well - if you got a Squarespace SSL cert for your domain which isn’t set up as a so-called wildcard certificate it will protect/apply to only https://zelipressurewashing.com . If it’s a wildcard, then it should protect every subdomain like https://www.zelipressurewashing.com, https://content.zelipressurewashing.com, https://blog.zelipressurewashing.com … and this is where the Squarespace and HS SSL certs clash and are creating errors.
I recommend to check how the Squarespace SSL cert is configured and if you even need one, if you’re not building/hosting a page on Squarespace.
