Our HubSpot website/portal goes down every Tuesday morning starting between 3:00 AM and 4:30 AM every week. It seems to come back online 24 to 48 hours later.
Is this a known window of difficulty for HubSpot portals?
I have found posts about the language setting; we did that and it did not improve our situation (portal went down again this morning).
Please let me know.
Daniel
Hi @hockeystickDB,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with our software. We didn’t, however, have any planned or unplanned system-wide downtime recently; you can check our software’s incident history here: HubSpot Status - Incident History
If you’d like to check the current status of the software, you can do that here: https://status.hubspot.com/
Is there a chance that this has something to do with your internet access?
Could try accessing HubSpot via a different network if you lose access again (via your mobile data for example)? Thanks!
Cheers

Hi Mia,
Thanks for the reply! Alas, our site is still down, and I get the same “This page is unavailable” message when trying to visit the site from my iPhone.
Our URL is: https://www.hockeystick.co/
The status links you provided all indicate that the CMS service is “Operational”. When I ping our site’s URL from my Windows laptop, it resolves to an IP address, but all requests time out.
Has anyone reported this kind of an issue recently? Or is anyone experiencing this right now (on a weekly basis)?
We redirect a bunch of web traffic to this website, so it’s a key part of our business!
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hello again,
More specifically, we are seeing an indication that “[www.hockeystick.co on](http://www.hockeystick.co on) port 443 is unavailable”. I think this suggests an issue at the hosting location (HubSpot)?
Daniel
Our website was available again last night around 12:00 midnight. That’s about 44 hours of downtime, which we have been experiencing weekly for the last couple of months.
I am expecting it will run until around 4:00 AM Tuesday 09-MAY-2023…I will provide an update here.
Has anyone else out there experienced this issue? We have made no changes to our website for a long time (it’s a landing page with static content), yet it becomes unavailable on a weekly basis. It becomes available again without us making any changes.
Thanks,
Daniel
Hi @hockeystickDB,
Apologies for the delay! I’ve checked our ticket queue to see if other customers are experiencing similar issues, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
There are a couple of things we could try to resolve this issue:
-
Please make sure that the page has been published in HubSpot, especially if you’ve made any changes.
-
Check the URL in the webpage editor (Edit Page > Settings > Page URL) and make sure that the URL is correct (www.hockeystick.co). If you’ve added any words on the slug [(www.hockeystick.co
/home
](http://www.hockeystick.co/home)
for example), please remove them and republish the page.
-
Are you using external assets (images, fonts) on that page that load over HTTP instead of HTTPS? If yes, those could be blocked from loading and thus causing the webpage to be unavailable. Please follow the steps in this help article to resolve this issue or update your domain security settings.
If none of the above helps, please send me a direct message via my Community profile with the following inofrmation:
- Your account ID & email address.
- Link to the webpage in HubSpot.
- Please capture a HAR file by following the instructions outlined in this article.
Thank you!

A quick update that our website went down this morning around 5:30 AM EDT.
Mia - I have forwarded your suggestions to the HubSpot admin who takes care of the CMS/website, and will provide updates as they are available to me. Thanks for your help!
Another quick update…our website came back up by 8:00 PM EDT last night. Shorter down time, but still impactful.
Thanks for the updates @hockeystickDB! To confirm, this definitely isn’t expected behaviour and we’re not seeing reports from other customers about their websites being unavailable, so I’m curious to see if the troubleshooting steps that I’ve shared below will help. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Cheers
