I’m having a hard time figuring what upgrades are needed to get the full functionality of video analytics with HubSpot. I currently have the most basic features with HubSpot video, but what if I want to create workfows based on certain video analytics, create lists based on video views, or view detailed video metrics on a Contacts profile.

Hubspot’s default video functionality is powered by Vidyard which is available if you have Hubspot Pro or above (and doesn’t require a Vidyard account.) At the moment it looks like the only place you van see video analytics data (using the default video functionality) is in the associated landing page performance report: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/use-video-in-hubspot#analyze-your-video-performance
If you create a free Vidyard account and integrate it with Hubspot you will also be able to see your videos in the Vidayrd platform along with video analytics data (also gives you some further video configuration options): https://knowledge.vidyard.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009879614-Set-up-the-Vidyard-for-HubSpot-integration
There’s lots of discussion about viewing video analytics data in a contact record and triggering workflows based on activity in the Vidayrd integration article above, I’m thinking (but don’t know for sure that) this perhaps requires a paid Vidayed subscription: HubSpot Integration - Vidyard Video Integrations (their pricing table mentions advanced analytics.) Maybe worth contacting Vidyard to confirm.
