When building reports or filtering on objects it would be great to have the option to filter by team for any of the properties for a list of hubspot users. If not filtering by team I’d like to filter by ‘is any of’ instead of adding a filter of ‘or’ for each person.
For example, we have a report that looks at the deals created by specific individuals that are our Solutions SME’s. These users are all on the same team, but are not always the deal owner since typically they are supposed to bring a sales executive in as the deal owner. This means when building my report I have to have a higher # of filters looking at ‘created by user ID’ and a bunch of OR statements.
I’d prefer to have an option on the filter for ‘is any of’ where I can add the users I’m looking for and/or the option to search where the created by user ID is ‘part of team’ and filter for the team they are assigned to.
This would make life a lot easier for sure! I have dozens of reports and workflows where I want to filter on Owner where Owner is any member of the “current” sales team. This currently requires specifying each user individually in the filter and as soon as someone leaves or a new sales rep joins the team I have to go around and TRY to update all the various filters, invevitably missing one or two until someone calls it out. It would be so much easier to set a filter where Owner is a member of “Team A”, thus only needing to keep Team A up to date to keep all related filters up to date.
I agree! Why can’t we filter by “user ID belongs to team”? I have a bunch of reports that are not scalable because of this issue and causes workload every time someone leaves a team or is added new to a team.
