HubSpot User Field on Forms

I think that HubSpot User Field should be added as a field type that can be added to a form. Just in case a past client or referral fills out a form and they have a preference of who they want to work with it would be great if we could help them out by cutting out that middle step of making them talk to another sales rep

We use forms so that reps who are on the phones can escalate an issue that cannot be solved in the first touch to a product specialist so they can look into the issue and get back to the client at a later time. It is very helpful to know which agent submitted this. However, because a HubSpot User Field cannot be used in a form, we have to create a new property that is either a drop-down that lists all employees (which isn’t a viable option due to the size, growth & turnover of the team) or a Single Line Text for them to type their name in. This makes it harder to do reports (if agents type their name differently or if they make a typo) and also means there is a redundant property.

Ditto! We use forms for internal processes (PTO requests, expense reimbursements, etc.)

Yes please!! We have several forms for ourselves and clients where this is a pretty critical feature. Creating a new dropdown means the options need to be maintained manually - which is just not feasible.

PLUS ONE! This feature would be VERY useful for organizing internal communications.

Yes. For all the reasons above plus automating the the deal owner when it is not the person filling out the form.

same reason as a bove we want to use a form to create a ticket and know which hubspot user created it

This would especially make internal forms so much more useful. Having to use some wonky workaround that emulates a vlookup via a workflow in order to assign an owner or send workflow-based internal communications later on is way too much effort.

Yes, please x 10!

YES this - we use this for 2 reasons: 1) Capture if a teammate referred them and who it was. 2) when teammates are entering information on forms and need to be accreddited as the one filing it out.

The workaround for the dropdown which is not a user name is too hard to manage in a growing company.
