Regulations requires that I use SaaS providers with servers in India. Does Hubspot provide this option under any of its plans?

Hi @rahulfy,

Thank you for reaching out to the community!

HubSpot currently does not have servers located in India. When you sign up for HubSpot, you will be asked whether you want to host your data in **North America or the EU.** A hosting location will be recommended based on your physical location, but you can manually select a different option.

You can learn more in one of our knowledge base articles: [HubSpot Cloud Infrastructure and Data Hosting | Frequently Asked Questions.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account/hubspot-cloud-infrastructure-and-data-hosting-frequently-asked-questions)

Thanks,
