I’m tracking my react application for analytics. I am analyzing the The sign-up process and Hubspot tracks the sign-up form submission (non hubspot form) and creates a contact as well when i access the application through http. however, it does not track when signed up through https. can I know what could be a reason?

I am using the following component to track the pages.

class AnalyticsListener extends Component {

constructor ( props ) {

```
super( props );
this.props = props;
```

}

componentDidMount() {

```
this.sendPageView(this.props.history.location);
this.props.history.listen(this.sendPageView);
```

}

sendPageView(location) {

```
\_hsq.push(\['setPath', location.pathname]);
\_hsq.push(\['trackPageView']);
```

}

render() {

```
return this.props.children;
```

}

}

Hi @NDambe,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Because the HubSpot tracking code has been installed on the sign up page you linked above, HubSpot should be tracking submissions, regardless of the encryption. I had a look at the page and the tracking code seems to be firing correctly.

Could you please add the site domain to your Tracking & Analytics settings in HubSpot [(instruction here](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/set-up-sources-tracking#add-site-domains)) and test the form to see if HubSpot recorded the submission?

Thank you!

Mia

Thanks for the swift response. I’ve realized that it’s not a problem with encryption. It’s a similar issue as stated [here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Lead-Capture-Tools/Non-hubspot-form-is-not-syncing-contacts-into-hubspot/td-p/371056). I’ve found a workaround through forms API. I’m just creating a contact through the API whenever a new user registration is successful.
