As of July 2026, the HubSpot bot in Teams has stopped alerting when an approval request comes in for mOps. I would get realtime requests for Landing Page updates and email publishes, and the last one that came in was 7/29/26.
I know Microsoft made an update that requires the Asana bot to be activated in every channel you want to create tasks out of (insanely annoying), so I’m wondering if that update impacted this function as well.
MY WORKAROUND:
Email Alert from HubSpot > Email Rule (subject contains approval requested language > Forward to Asana project email address to create Asana task > Rule in Asana catches it and applies necessary field, due date, and tag updates.
