Hubspot to provide a way we can create a product tour to our own product which could be integrated with the knowledge base.

This is an awesome feature request and our team would love to see this too. We have migrated from Intercom, which had Tours built into their platform. We could fire the tours off from their knowledge base, inside the in-app chat, from emails and so on and then we could see reporting on interactions of tours’ performance and at the contact level too.

This is a must-have feature for product marketing.

This feature is one of the few advantages Intercom has over you. For any SaaS company a product tour feature is a must to autimate and simplyfy the onboarding process or make it easier for new users to navigate a tool. I really hope Hubspot implements this feature :slightly_smiling_face:

Absolutely must-have! HubSpot itself uses some product tours for onboarding new users. It would be amazing to have that feature integrated in hubspot.

Considering Intercon already had this feature, it wouldn’t be bad to also have it on HubSpot

Hubspot’s developers have created a great product tour experience for Hubspot. Now to just release that capability to the users!

This is such a great feature. Please make it happen, HubSpot.

It is really annoying to have parts of our Customer Service / Product Marketing tools running on HubSpot and parts on other platforms (like Intercom), becuase they obviously don’t integrate as well as having everything running on HubSpot.

So we would love to keep using HubSpot for as much as possible, because all features play nicely with one another.
