HubSpot to JIRA

I created a workflow such that when ticket priority is changed in JIRA, the same is synced in HubSpot. If JIRA ticket priority changes to Low, HubSpot ticket priority is also changed to Low.

Can we do the vise-versa of this? If ticket prioriyt in HubSpot changes, JIRA ticket priority also change.

Hey @PBarik
Thanks for reaching out. It is a good question. You can follow the document steps, it can help you.

Thanks @ankitparmar09 .

However this idea not possible to implement now. I did some R&D and due to API limitation this is not possible as of now.

Thank you for your suggestion.

You can set up bidirectional synchronization between HubSpot and JIRA for ticket priority changes.

This means when the priority changes in HubSpot, it can trigger a change in the JIRA ticket priority, and vice versa.

You’ll need to configure workflows in both systems to monitor and update priorities, taking into account any potential conflicts or circular updates.

The specific steps depend on your integration and may involve using Flowace, APIs, or integration features. Refer to your integration’s documentation or support for up-to-date guidance.

Hi @PBarik - you can do this using Relay.app (disclaimer: I work there). Relay is an approved integration in HubSpot. Check out all of our integrations with HubSpot and Jira: Connect HubSpot to Jira - Integrations
If you are interested, you can get started on relay.app for free or send us an email at support@relay.app and we’d be happy to help you set it up!
