On wordpress site I am using gravity forms and using hubspot script to get the values onto a hubspot form. However for a certain field it is grabbing the text between the options html tag in the select tag instead of the value from the value attribute. Is there any way to make it pass this instead?

My apologies this is the link Careers at FinStrat Management | Join Our Network-Powered Team it’s regarding the gravity form towards the bottom. I’ve also attached a screenshot of the inspect elements that I am referring to. Hubspot seems to be grabbing on submission the title of the job between the option tag instead of the value (job id)
