HubSpot <> Salesforce Sync issue (Companies)

Hi all,

We have a serious issue where we can’t turn on the syncing between salesforce accounts with hubspot companies, When I press the sync toggle and then click save, nothing happens - It just says: “You’ve changes 1 setting” but nothing happens - no sync, not mention of the error, becuase nothing syncs.

All the errors with the field mapping was solved as well.

Any suggestions on this?

@Anonymous Hi,

I tried to follow the steps and it did not work, I contacted HubSpot support and provided the error log from the console.

Where can i find the integration log?
