Hubspot Salesforce: How to sync emails sent from Salesforce?

Hi All,

We use Hubspot & Salesforce sync and I would like emails sent from our Sales people from Salesforce to be visible into Hubspot within the timeline activities ‘Emails’ tabs.

I’ve already enabled the Activity sync in the settings, but I am not able to see the data I mentionned above.

Hi @hs-user

To the best of my knowledge you can only sync HubSpot activities to Salesforce tasks, but not the other way around with the standard HubSpot <> Salesforce integration. The only other way you could potentially sync this info back to HubSpot is via API or by using HubSpot’s bbc email feature, but that would require sales people to HubSpot accounts.

You might want to check if the email records are being captured correctly in Salesforce. Another option is to use tools like Skyvia. It can help by providing more customizable syncing options to push emails and other activities from Salesforce into HubSpot.
