In our office, half of our sales staff reported that their Sales Tools Add-in in Outlook stopped working, giving them the spinning wheel of death.
Upon internal troubleshooting, it was noted that 100% of the agents whose HS Sales Tools Addins were exhibiting this behaviour had their Outlook versions updated to Version 2403 Build 17245.20070. 100% of the agents who were still on build 2402 Build 17328.20184 have exprienced NO issue with their HubSpot Sales Tools Addins.
Has anyone else experienced the same?

I AM NOT SPEAKING ABOUT THE VSTO ADD-IN. I am speaking of the Office 365 HubSpot Sales Tools Addin. Hubspot’s Sales Tools Office 365 addin BROKE with Office 365’s Version 2403 released on March 18, 2024.
Will you provide the same irrelevant copy pasta to the inevitable wave of customers who will experience this issue when their Office updates from version 2402?

To anyone else experiencing this issue, HubSpot has acknowledged that there is an issue with their Office 365 Sales Tools Addin on the newest version of Office 365 and have suggested moving to the new Outlook. This did not work for us on three different workstations/accounts.
I would strongly suggest anyone reading this to block updates to Office 365 Version 2403. If you are on 2401 or 2402, your addin will not be affected (to our understanding). To check which version of Office 365 you are currently on, open outlook → File-> Office Account → About Outlook.
