Hubspot Sales Software Certification - Technical Issue

Successfully passed Hubspot Sales Software exam. However certification was not awarded.

Suspect software bug responsible. In “Working Your Leads” class the practical exercise (create a task queue) failed to grade.

This may have thrown an exception. Issue for consideration by technical team.

Hi @miguel_wood,

If you have completed the task of creating a task queue, can you please send along a screenshot of the task queue as well as the name of the task queue?

That is the only step showing as not complete at the moment.

Hi @miguel_wood,

Are you able to create a task queue just by navigating to the tasks tool within your portal?

Can you send me a screenshot either of the task queue you created or the screen you see if you can’t create a task queue?

Just go into either the Contacts, Companies, and Deals on the main navigation bar or from your Tasks dashboard. Create a task and related task queue. Successful completion of the steps involved will resolve this issue.

Hi @RAPTISAT,

For your sales certification, I can see you have passed and everything is complete.

For your contextual marketing, you need to complete one more task: the email subject personalization task. Once you have completed that, you should be all set!
