for last few months HubSpot Sales extension doesn’t change links in my email messages to tracking links. I have enabled tracking option (message view notification I have). I have disabled plain text. I create link like in this instruction. I try to fresh re-install of Chrome/Brave browser. Still not working. What’s going on with this feature?

HubSpot click tracking is associated with HubSpot Sales Starter and above subscriptions. If you have a subscription that includes this functionality and it is not working, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot technical support as this will involve troubleshooting specific issues within your account.

thanks - amazingly, took a sales rep about 30 messages today to tell me it was now paid for!
If the Link clicks tracking is now available only for Paid plans then I think that it’s a bit misleading to get such type of indication in the Gmail APP:
I think that the “click notifications” should appear as “disabled” with a call to action to upgrade to get that service too.
I spent quite a lot of time troubleshooting this function to finally discover that simply it isn’t supported in the Free Tool.
