Hubspot record id ( Company object)

I wanted to ask if there is any possibility in the future to have the possibility to create lists with enumerated Record id’s. At the moment we can only filter by one record id and can not create a list of the IDs we have, only with import which is a more complicated way to do this.

Please let me know if this could be a feature of the filters in the future.

The best way to request this is the ideas section of the community. Sharing here the Idea that @Carmen3 created (thank you!) so that other Community Members can upvote and comment on it: Hubspot filter update for Record ID to pase a list of IDs

The fastest workaround:

  • Prepare an Excel file with just the ID (one column)
  • Start a company import
  • Choose to update existing only
  • Map the record ID
  • Complete the import

Voilà, a segment of the companies with the IDs.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes I know the process unfortunately it’s a bit complicated if you already have the list and you could just paste that list in the filter.

I will add this in the Ideas section.
