Field sales reps at my organization are requesting this feature.
Please please direct some of the immense, mental horsepower there at Hubspot to make this happen. If you help solve this I’ll be satisfied and won’t ask for anything else…

Please make this happen - it’s very tough to get people to manually add the BCC address.
Seriously - please implement it, it is highly important!
Would be very useful. The Outlook App for iOS contains for example AddIns for:
- MS Dynamics (obvious)
- ForceManager CRM
- iCRM
- SageCRM
- Salesforce CRM
- Zoho CRM
… and many more.
hubspot should definitely be on that list.
It’s almost a deal breaker for us, tbh. We need to make sure all emails and events a correctly tracked and people need to be able to work with outlook (desktop/web/mobile) without the need to manually activate the tracking.
The idea was submitted 2.5 years ago (!). I assume we will not find a solution the next 2.5 years either…
Our sales team is often away from the computer and need their email correspondence tracked while on the go. It seems unreasonable that I ask them to manually type in the BCC tracking address for every email they send on mobile outlook. Hoping this gets addressed/solved.
If this feature was developed by a third party HubSpot partner but not hubspot, would you download and add that add-in?

How is this not a thing? The email feature within the hubspot app is not totally usable.

There are several team members in our organization who work in the field and utilize their phone or ipad exclusively. It would be extremely helpful for them to have the HubSpot Sales tool for Outlook available as an add-in to the Outlook app on their mobile devices. If an email comes to Outlook they feel limited since they’d have to navigate to their desktop to log and track the email with the HS Sales tool for Outlook OR manually log the email in the HubSpot app which is not effecient for them.
