Hi!
I have read that there is currently no function to open the Hubspot plug-in in an Outlook e-mail applictaion on your phone. This would be a great feature!
1. All who use Hubspot through Outlook or Gmail on their phones.
2. In an easy way get access to templates och contact info in their email application.
3. Better accessibilty to Hubspot and in using other features in their selected email application.
4. Unsure
It would be a great improvement to document in real-time email replies. Forawrding and BCC are a barrier to accurate and timely documentation of activites. It’s a mobile world. Any updates, @hubspot , by Microsoft to make this successful?

@hubspot, please make this happen. Mobile outlook appears to have a locked down list of addins so I send them the request for this too.
Has someone a good alternativ way/process to get the email protokol into Hubspot by using the iphone only with outlook 365?
This needs to be created/fixed. I have been hoping for long time! Hope hubspot is listening !
It would be great to have this plug-in. It would allow us to be in contact with our stakeholders at all times without losing management records.
This should be a TOP PRIORITY for HubSpot. Everyone is on their phone. Out sales reps are constantly on the go and need to send emails and links to documents from their phone or iPad.
hubSpot, please…at least respond to this cry from your customers with some kind of timeline for this.

As a sales rep this is a must. Majority of my emails and replies while traveling are done from a phone, and being able to keep track on those once back in the office is key.
Hubspot, give us this feature please. The ammount of time saved will be amazing.
It is a dealbreaker for us if the on-the-road sales team cannot access hubspot from their mobile outlook accounts - both IOS and Android - so they can quickly and easily email / view emails from contacts - also knowing that adtivity is synced with the Hubspot activity feed.
The HubSpot app is just not good enough - and is not an email app. Cannot believe this has not been developed! Other CRM providers do this per default.
Age CRM, SalesForce, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Nimble, MadeMarket, iDSS CRM, Lime etc etc. all have the outlook mobile extension.

Surely that is a sign that you need to move with the times, and get this set up asap? As a mobile sales rep on the road/travelling, it is absolutely imparative that we can access email and write emails - and get these logged in Hubspot in an integrated mobile Microsoft Outlook extension app. Is there an update on this??
Like others, our sales reps tend to reply to emails via Outlook on their phones. This leaves large gaps in information in HubSpot.
Extremely important, please implement!

Upvoted. This is a poor experience for reps that can email in Outlook on their computer, but when they are on the road have to remember to go to HubSpot to send new emails. Means they have to bounce around between platforms.
Please prioritize the implementation of this feature!! It has the potential to significantly boost our productivity when we’re working remotely. Without it, we believe the tool is incomplete, not helpful and not reaching its full potential in terms of functionality..
