Hello,

We have a scenario where we don’t want Team A and Team B to see one another’s deals, but they should both have access to Team C’s deals. Team D should be able to see all of the deals for A, B, and C.

Is this something we can accomplish using HS roles and team hierarchies?

Thanks,

Elena Hearty

Hi @ehearty,

What should team C see?

From a first glance, it looks like it’s not possible to meet all conditions. If team A and team B are not allowed access to each other’s deals, their _Deals Access_ permissions must be set to _Team only_. Now they would only be able to see deals of another team (C) if that team was a child team of theirs. Since a team (C) can only have one parent team, it would have to be either team A or team B. It cannot be both.

Team D’s access would be set to _Deals Access_ is _Everything_.

Best regards!
