Yes it’s the sidekick for HubSpot downloaded it from the office 365 store, connect to your HubSpot account an it now works with my Macbook Pro. It seems to have fixed it https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/how-to-install-hubspot-sales
I have installed the individual add in not the centrally managed add in.

I have to agree. When I first became a Hubspot user, I was amazed that the facility didn’t exist. It looks like it has been in the pipeline for some time now, and needs to be given priority
The inbox connection features are great, but we have several sales team members using Macs, and our company does not have Office 365. I would like to see an inbox connection option available for Outlook for Mac users who are not hosted by Office 365.
Second this! This is the biggest need for my coworkers and I.

Upvoted here! We’re not able to track our emails due to being on a Mac (company also doesn’t have 365) - working in software company here in Chicago.
Upvote here too! This is the reason why my boss will not upgrade from the free version of Hubspot and let us use other areas that Hubspot . We will never have 365 hosting as we are linked to our huge parent company in Germany.
Please please please do this, same situation for everyone at my company and we have been trying to figure it out for months to no avail. Use outlook for mac, email hosted my g-suite/google workspace account, can’t connect correctly, so frustrating.
THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. PERIOD. It cannot take that much to migrate the existing Office 365 add-in for Exchange Server. They are almost the same platform. I run outlook on Exchange Server on my mac, 2 pc, MacBook and iPhone. My PC’s run the app on the computer and everything works. Why isn’t there an app for Mac like the PC’s have? Millions of people run Mac… They sell more computers than all the PC manufacuters. Time to grow up… please. Pretty please… I got rid of hubspot because it was logging emails from junk and spam… it isn’t doing that anymore, but I just need to log the emails…
PS.. for those of you that need to log the emails, send a BBC to your foward email that is in in Setting, Objects, Activities, Email Logging. It will not auto fill in the Bcc, so make a contact for hubspot with your forward email and then make sure that you fill in the BCC with the contact.
By not providing options for users on MacOS and users with Exchange Email adresses, you are potentially losing large amounts of revenue due to Hubspot not being able to work properly. This thread is from almost 3 years ago and to not have this implemented yet is concerning. Like the above user stated, there are millions of Mac users who are unable to properly utilize Hubspot because of the lack of extension. Please address this ASAP.

Fully support this product integration. I spent hours trying to make it work, then found this thread that confirms it can’t be done.
I like Outlook for Mac as email client but have gmail workspace hosted email. Outlook for me is just a richer and much easier interface for email than using gmail’s client in Chrome. Please add me to the upvote to add this functionality. Thanks!
Our company uses a mixture of Windows and Mac computers and it’s really hard to increase adoption of HubSpot if not all employees are able to use the plug in. This would be an incredibly useful feature.
As a company, we fully switched to mac and because of that, this feature would be really necessary!

Yes. Just moved from Windows to Mac in my organization, and the add-in for Outlook Desktop version on Mac (even though I am an Office 365 user!) doesn’t exist. I have to go through the web, and the web does not have the same functionality as the Desktop. Please create this add in.
My organization will also need this feature as some users are using outlook on Mac for their day to day processes. It is very inconvenient for them to manually BCC/Forward emails and it interrupts their workflow when they have to switch all of their processes to our gsuite email inbox just for HubSpot. Please add in this functionality.
Please develop this integration. Without this, the platform is practically useless from a sales pov.
FYI on helpful workarounds:
- Manually log emails in your CRM with the help of HubSpot FWD or BCC address, as described in this article.
- Use a 3rd party integration like Threads to automatically log emails.
If you would, however, like to use the email tracking feature as well, you would need to send emails directly from your CRM. Thank you!
Please invent it. Your competitors are way beyond that and have good integrations for Mac Users.
