Every couple weeks, when I open Outlook, I get a message saying that the Hubspot extension is updating. I have to sit there for about 30 seconds while I watch the progress bar. Then, when it’s done, I can use Outlook, but the HubSpot extension is missing. (I’m not just logged out… it’s totally missing from the menu at the top of the screen.) If I close Outlook and re-open it, it’s still missing. This means that every couple weeks, I have to uninstall and reinstall the extension.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to avoid it? Can I turn off automatic updates?
The box is currently checked, but that’s the first time I’ll look the next time it disappeared.
I followed the link you provided to the webpage below… https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/settings/what-should-i-do-if-i-no-longer-see-hubspot-in-my-outlook-inbox
…which gave me another couple places to look the next time it disappears. (Unfortunately, my version of Outlook doesn’t have an “Always enable this add-in” option like the webpage suggests, but I should at least be able to manually re-enable it.)
Thanks!
