Hey Community,
In my company we often have customer meetings together but only the person who sends the invitation is given the “credit” on the reports of executed and planned meetings
Furthermore, I found out that if the customer sends you and a colleague the meeting invitation, it is only registered on one of the person and not both.
How do you manage this if you want to show in the reports the number of actucal meetings you have; both your own and the ones you participate in hosted by others.
Hi @Hildegaard,
Great post, thank you for checking with the Community!
I understand that you’d like a report showing the meetings that you hosted and the meetings that you attended. These are meetings booked via a scheduling page via the meeting tool (a meeting link). Please let me know if that’s not the case.
I found for you the solutions from @Olivia_Bagnall on this similar post “Reports for Meetings Held vs. Meetings Set” that might help you.
I also wanted to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @danmoyle, @DanMYD and @Drew_Cohen do you have other suggestions to help @Hildegaard, please?
If anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation
Thank you very much
and have a great day!
Best,
Bérangère
@BérangèreL The meetings are created via Outlook and the my users have the calendar sync enabled.
Thanks for the tag @BérangèreL. I wish I had a use-case for an answer for you @Hildegaard, but we don’t measure meetings in that way here at Impulse Creative. Hopefully another member has an idea for you!
