The method we use to map our drop-down fields is the same method @DinithiAbeysiri mentioned for the multi-select fields: copying the drop-down text to a new single-line field in NetSuite, then mapping single-line to single-line in Hubspot. However, if there has been a fix, we have not updated our sync. Since it’s working for us now I will likely not fix it unless an issue arises.
