Hello support I Bcc hubspot email to connect it with the CRM, but get reply that email was blocked, can you please check why it happened?

Hi @Norman,

Could you confirm that you’re meeting these requirements for logging emails to the CRM using the BCC address? [Log email in your CRM with the BCC or forwarding address](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address#requirements-to-log-emails-to-the-crm-using-the-bcc-address)
