Hubspot Meeting Scheduler - ability to read/acknowledge Working Hours

Having remote teams across a variety of time zones is helpful to our client service needs. It means we have staff available from 9 am EST through 9 pm EST (6 pm PST).

Was hoping to take advantage of this with Round Robin Scheduler, but realized that it doesn’t take into account Working Hours, as set within a Google Calendar. Instead, team members would have to create blank events to block out/appear busy during non-work hours.

It would be great to see either:

  • Integration with Google Calendar that can read/acknowledge Google Working Hours or
  • Ability to set working hours within Hubspot

As an existing Calendly user exploring this feature in HubSpot I reached out to support to enquire about exactly this. Seems like a significant oversight not to be able to define working hours at a per-user level within HubSpot and is a blocker for us moving away from Calendly given the globally distributed nature of our sales and support teams.

Pulling in the Working Hours information from Google Calendar would be ideal for us, as we use Google Calendar for everything, but setting user-level working hours in HubSpot would potentially be the better catch-all solution to implement.

+1000 to this. We are migrating from Calendly to Hubspot Meetings, but this is an issue we overlooked, and we’ll have to enable 300+ people, instead of being able to set in the set-up for everyone, or indeed as is mentioned, simply use the Google Calendar set-up if pulled in.

What’s the status on this? Since 2021 this should have been standard.

You can set working hours in Hubspot. Go to Settings > Users & Teams > Pick a user > Preferences > Working Hours. Each team member can do this for themselves.
