About the role
We’re looking for a capable, hands-on HubSpot Manager to run HubSpot across our own business and a portfolio of B2B clients.
This role is ideal for someone who already knows their way around HubSpot and wants broader ownership: multiple portals, real client impact, and the chance to grow into a more senior marketing operations role over time.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running, optimisation and reporting of HubSpot — turning strategy into clean execution and making sure HubSpot actually supports growth, not complexity.
What you’ll be doing
HubSpot management (internal + client portals)
- Manage and maintain multiple HubSpot portals (our own and client accounts)
- Run day-to-day activity across CRM and Marketing Hub
- Build and manage workflows, automations and basic lead scoring
- Maintain lifecycle stages, properties and segmentation
- Ensure data quality, consistency and best practice
Digital marketing execution
- Set up and optimise email campaigns, landing pages, forms and CTAs
- Support inbound, nurture and ABM-style programmes
- Implement audience segmentation aligned to ICPs and buyer journeys
- Support integrations with websites, paid media and analytics tools where required
Reporting & insight
- Build and maintain dashboards and standard reports
- Track funnel performance, conversions and campaign effectiveness
- Surface insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Help teams understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why
Client support
- Act as a trusted HubSpot point of contact for clients
- Support client onboarding and ongoing optimisation
- Troubleshoot issues and make practical improvements
- Confidently explain HubSpot setups and results to non-technical stakeholders
Collaboration & improvement
- Work closely with PR, content and digital teams
- Document processes and repeatable workflows
- Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and evolving best practice
What we’re looking for
Essential
- 2–3 years’ hands-on experience managing HubSpot in a B2B environment
- Practical experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
- Confidence building workflows, emails, forms and reports
- Understanding of lifecycle stages, segmentation and inbound principles
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities or accounts
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Nice to have
- HubSpot certifications
- Agency-side experience or managing multiple HubSpot portals
- Exposure to ABM, RevOps or sales alignment
- Experience integrating HubSpot with CMS, paid media or analytics tool
Why join us
- Clear ownership of HubSpot across a growing business
- Exposure to a wide range of B2B clients and use cases
- High trust, low ego environment
- Flexible working (London or Manchester base, remote considered)
- Strong progression potential as the function and business scale
