I’m sure this could be more on MS or Google allowing editing for calendar items, but it would be amazing if I could make adjustments to meetings in HS and have Outlook/Google update.
Renaming, moving meetings, and removing them would be great.
Also, I never want to delete a meeting in HS. I want to know if and how many times a contact has canceled a meeting, preferably with a cancel time and calculated canceled-before-activity-date.

Being able to rename, move, or cancel a meeting in HubSpot and have that change sync back to Outlook or Google Calendar would make the workflow much cleaner.
I’d also keep the original meeting record in HubSpot rather than deleting it. Having the cancellation history, cancellation timestamp, and something like “canceled X hours/days before the meeting” would give much better visibility into meeting behavior.
I am not sure how customization works in HubSpot, but I have worked closely with LeadAngel, and the software could be relevant on the scheduling/routing side. They have plenty of customization options available for reports as well.
However, it would really ease the work if HubSpot could provide these. Hope it does soon!
