現在、CRMSuiteStarterプランを利用しております。 その中でOperationHubをMarketPlaceを利用し、Kintoneとの連携を試みたのですが、Kintone側にIP制限を掛けていた為、最初の接続段階で出来ないことが判明しました。現在、Zapierを利用してHubSpotとKintoneの連携をしようとしておりますが、Kintone側にIP制限がある状態で、Zapier側に何をどう設定すれば、接続が実現できるのかを探っております。是非、ご存じの方がいらっしゃればご教示頂きたく、また、情報が不足しているようでしたら煽ってください。よろしくお願い致します。 ---

HubSpotではIPアドレスを固定することができないので、Zapierの利用でIPアドレス制限の問題が解決できないかということですね。 お調べしたところ、Zapierの情報が見つかりました。 > **[Use a static IP address to connect to Zapier](https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/15406083674509-Use-a-static-IP-address-to-connect-to-Zapier)** > > A static Internet Protocol (IP) address provides a consistent IP address that all of your Zapier traffic is guaranteed to come from. It's useful if you have a server with a firewall or that only re... こちらにKintoneが記載されていないので、Zapierが固定IPアドレスをサポートしていないアプリということになるのではないでしょうか。または、Zapierのサポートにご連絡いただき、対応をリクエストしていただくということになりそうです。 残念な情報で心苦しいですが、ご参考になればと思います。 ---

moekaさん 回答頂きありがとうございます。 Zapierの情報を共有頂きありがとうございます。 サイトを拝見させて頂きました、2つ目のホワイトリストのIPを登録する方法ですが、 こちらKintoneはもちろんなのですが、HubSpot側でIP制限をかけていた場合、 HubSpot側にも登録する必要はございますでしょうか？ ---

こちらはZapierのIPアドレスレンジだと思われますね。 HubSpotとZapierは[公開アプリ](https://developers.hubspot.jp/docs/api/creating-an-app)の仕組みでセキュリティが担保されます。ログインのIPアドレス制限とは関係がありませんので、特にHubSpotで設定する必要はありません。
