Yeah, I’ve looked but unfortunately this looks like a limitation with Stripe integration where metadata cannot be customized. And the Stripe Data Sync integration app doesn’t allow a bi-directional sync between HS and Stripe. That won’t work because it only pulls invoice data from Stripe into HS, not the other way.
