We are doing inventory on all assets in HubSpot. Is there an easy way to export in csv only the names of the reports and other relevant fields like owner, create date, etc.?
I can export the full data of the reports but I only need the names in an excel file and don’t want to copy/paste them one by one.

Which assets exactly are you referring to?
Generally you can choose, in the export options, whether you want to export all properties available or just the one in the view.

Hi @karstenkoehler , sorry I forgot to mention - I want to export the reports from the analytics tab. I can’t find the usual setup for export there.
@KSergieva11 which analytics tab exactly? (There are a variety across HubSpot, that’s why I’m asking, for example the email analytics tab, the form analytics tab etc.)
@KSergieva11 I’m sorry I have to ask for further specifics: What exactly are you downloading? The custom reports created by you and your team? The pre-made reports from the sales and service analytics? Reports from the report library? There isn’t an analytics tab in your screenshot.
I made a screenshot of the tab I want to export - the Reports tab as seen on the left.
You don’t see the reports because I removed their names because it is sensitive information. The only thing I want is to export the names only of all 90 reports in an excel file because we are moving to a new environment and we need to decide what stays and what goes. The only export option I see there is for exporting all the reports with the data inside of them and I don’t need that. I only need to mark and export some of the properties in the view but I don’t see such option on this specific Reports tab.
