Hubspot - how many deals in certain stage at a certain time

Hi,

I need to create a report that showes (by week) how many deals I have in one specific deal stage. How do I do that?

I have a dealstage called : Offer

I need to know how many deals I have in the stage “offer” every week.

week 1: 3

week 2: 3

week 3: 5

is this possible?

Could you specify which week you are referring to? The week (date) when the deal was created?

I actually just want a snapshot each week. I dont care when the deal was created just if it is still in Offer stage that week - then I want to count it.

So this would be a table view then, of all contacts that were in a certain stage in specific calendar week?

Calendar week 1 Calendar week 2 Calendar week 3 Calendar week 4
Deal stage 1 2 deals 1 deals 3 deals 1 deals

Deal stage 3 1 deals 3 deals 1 deals 1 deals

There is a report for this in the Sales Analytics called “Historical snapshots by pipeline stage”. It requires a Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise license: Menu > Reports > Analytics Tools > Sales Analytics > Forecasts & Pipelines > Historical snapshots

Without the Professional or Enterprise license, this report can currently not be created, as far as I know. (Don’t shoot the messenger.)
