Is there a way that meetings that are scheduled from a Hubspot Meetings Link and have a google link associated with it to appear in the Google Meet Desktop App? It seems only google meetings that I create manually in my google calendar will appear on the desktop app but Google meetings that are scheduled through Hubspot will not appear.

This is a good question. I do not personally use this app, but I do know that some calendar apps may only show you a specific calendar on an account. Maybe you have verified this, but is the same Google Meet account connected to HubSpot as is connected to your desktop app?
Hey @Bryantworks, @danmoyle, @Lucila-Andimol -- do any of you have experience with the Google Meet desktop app? Any theories as to why these HubSpot scheduled meetings don’t show up?

I’m happy to be here! The Google Meet Desktop App I am using is connected to the same Gmail account that I use in Hubspot and is used through my meeting link. I appreciate your help in this!

I use Google Meets for all of my meetings as well. I want to clarify your question to make sure I understand, based on how I use Google Meets.
When someone schedules with me through my HubSpot meeting link (like this one) it pushes into my Google calendar with an auto-generated meeting link.
Then, when I click on “Join Meeting” to start the meeting, it opens in a Chrome tab. From here, I click on the box with the arrow in the far right of the address bar (see image below - top right corner next to the star).
This opens the desktop app. It’s the only way I know how to open the meeting in the app rather than a tab, but it’s one step rather than automatic.
Is that what you’re experiencing as well? Or am I off base here?
