Can we create our theme/design in hubspot forms so when we embedd into our site the visual elements are blended?

In Hubspot you can try, but the options may not be robust enough. What I would recommend you do in this instance is setting the form to use Raw HTML in the styling. This way you can control form styling using the CSS on your site.
