Hi,
We have a contact us form on our website. It works fine on desktop. Just every now and then and only on some devices the form disappears after abt 3 seconds when using a mobile phone.
I’m not sure waht we can change to fix.
Any idea?

Hey @JDevenish this is likely down to some third party JS or CSS affecting this. It’s impossible to say for sure without any details though. Do you have a link to the website where this is happening?
Does this happen on all phone browsers or multiple devices? Are you using any ad-blocking browsers, extensions or apps on your phone?

https://commanderagquip.com.au/ is the website and its the contact us form in the header. We have tried and had it with multiple mobile devices and had customers tell us too
Thanks @JDevenish just to confirm is this the form that pops up when you press the “get a quote” button in the menu? If so I just tested on 3 different module devices and am seeing no issues, if I was to guess though I’d say this is due to the custom modal (pop-up) this is placed in so I would reach out to the developer who implemented this to test further as it’s likely causing conflicts with the forms script.
