Hello,
I have exactly this problem (see link below), but there was no solution presented.
Quite annoying as it is an passive overlay on the regular desktop.
Any solution ideas are welcome.

Hi @KJP,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
It sounds like thisthe HubSpot for Windows tray app, which is a Windows app for sales notifications.
I wanted to share these instructions on how to remove the app:
Uninstall the HubSpot Sales for Windows tray app
I would also recommend uninstalling remnants as described in this section of this uninstall guide.
Once you complete this, I would recommend fully restarting your Windows machine before installing the add-in if you’re planning to use it again.
Hope that helps!
Best,
Kristen
Hi,
Great and clear instructions. It worked for me.
Regarding uninstalling remnants (as per the link), I could not remove everything in the %localappdata%\Apps\2.0 folder at first, but after a restart the last files had no handles and could be deleted.
Not sure why I would like to install it again, the outlook add-on still seems to works fine after restarting. I’m happy…
Thanks!
