Over the past 6 weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of attending the Fall 2025 SuperAdmin Bootcamp, led by instructors Debbie Akintonde, Ali Schwanke, and Chris Grant. Going into this experience, admittedly, I felt very nervous and overwhelmed by what I didn’t know. As a newly-minted SuperAdmin, this was not a new feeling for me. However, as if by chance (though in actuality, entirely by design), the first week of this course focused on the mindset, skills, and attitude necessary from a SuperAdmin. It was inspiring to see over 100 people, many in similar positions to mine, be so eager and willing to learn, leaning into optimism and perseverance. I realized very quickly that not only did I already possess many of the skills necessary to excel in this role, but that that which is unknown to me is really just an opportunity, not something to fear.
Over the next six weeks, this mindset was only further cemented by the amount of information I took in every week. This bootcamp has been highly educational, covering a great breadth of topics and HubSpot features ranging from dynamic sequences, reports, and hub security. With HubSpot being such an ever-evolving and expansive platform, I think every SuperAdmin, no matter their years of experience, could benefit from the bootcamp lessons.
