Hey everyone, I have a quick question about the Documents native hubspot app. Is there anyway I can choose to block the downloads of documents I share to my clients through it? I have searched far and wide for this configuration and didn’t find it, but maybe I missed something. Thanks ---

Hi @HBernardes, You’re correct, this is currently not possible. Other users have requested this here: [https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Simple-Toggle-Switch-to-Disable-Downloads-of-Shared-S…](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/Simple-Toggle-Switch-to-Disable-Downloads-of-Shared-Sales/idi-p/445690) I’d recommend upvoting and commenting. The product team reviews these requests based on their popularity. You can also make it easier for others to find the request by accepting my reply as a solution. I’d appreciate it, too. In terms of workarounds, you could consider third-party integrations like [CloudFiles](https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/marketplace/apps/sales/sales-enablement/cloudfiles) which to my knowledge have a feature to disable download, integrating with HubSpot. Best regards!
