We have different reports hat we’re create by the hubspot integrator when we purchased the product. I’m trying to reproduce those reports in the custom report builder with the same fields/filter - and cannot get the same results

For example that one

 ![hubspot-data.JPG](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/3X/e/1/e155f20febc97c60c1d3204c1990f80fd749a5a3.jpeg)
Original-Report

vs the one i created (cannot find the “Tasks” with a S at the end) only find Task

 ![hubspot_custom_report.JPG](https://d2qpr2jzcazej7.cloudfront.net/original/2X/3/33714e957c13839e5a7cffe6832cac4f95dac13d.jpeg)
custom

So i’m at 101 vs 179 - so i’m pretty sure one of the 2 is incorrect - how to align them

thanks

Hi @david20100,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

Are you using contacts as the primary data source for your report or tasks as the primary data source for your report?

If you’re using contacts as the primary data source this can cause a discrepancy in data as tasks associated with contacts will populate on this report. Could you check if the primary source is contacts or tasks?

Thank you!

Best,

Kristen

Hi Kristen,
It’s Contacts - always checked by default… I will try by selecting tasks.
thanks

Hi @david20100,

Glad to hear that switching the primary data source did the trick!

Thanks for sharing how you accomplished this on your end with the count of tasks.

Have a great day,

Kristen
