Hi all, I’m Winnie the Product Manager for the Microsoft Dynamics integration.
The sync platform team is actively looking into Drop Down Select Sync for Dynamics, and the many other integrations built on Data Sync including NetSuite, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM, etc. This is a top requested feature and a priority for the team.
Owner Sync was a precursor to tackling this, and that went live late last year.
@FransLeys, has been getting pings about Drop Down select sync on this thread, and has been responding if you want to follow along for updates.
Hi @JensJJ . We’re still working on drop down sync as a top priority. No other updates just yet, but don’t worry. We hear you loud and clear on the need.
@WinnieHienthanks for the updates on this! We would also love to have the capability to sync those data points with our integrations. I’ll be keeping an eye on this thread. Looking forward to when this is available!
@WinnieHien Thanks for the loom. At the moment it isn’t supported that we can sync lookup fields from dynamics to hubspot. When is that planned? I just need it to be there as text

Both are needed in an integration between HubSpot and Dynamics i’m working on. Is there already a live date in the roadmap? Has someone good workarounds?
Otherwise i’m afraid we have to go for a custom api-connection.
Hi, no updates yet. The state as described in the loom continues to be the same. The HubSpot Product team is working on the problem but it’s not trivial.
When there is a update / big release, I think you’ll hear from Frans Leys who created that loom. I’m not aware of workarounds at the moment for look-up / reference fields outside of a custom integration via the APIs.
