Hello,

The [HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org](https://wordpress.org/plugins/leadin/) plugin seems to not listen to any Cookie prefencens. How can it be setup to not use cookies or to have it understand if a site has CookieInformation or CookieBot?

Or is there no possible way if the plugin is installed?

I don’t have access to the plugin control panel on all sites that clients use, so managing this is frustrating and difficult.

Hi @Miikkamaegla,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I understand that this can be frustrating.
I have found the reply from [@TitiCuisset](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/89150) on this similar post “[Issue with Hubspot plugin + CookieBot Plugin on Wordpress](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Sales-Integrations/Issue-with-Hubspot-plugin-CookieBot-Plugin-on-Wordpress/m-p/465155)” that might be of interest.
I’d like to invite a couple of subject matter experts to this conversation: Hi @ChristinaKay, [@Alex\_Elborn](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/73663) and @OPerek-Clark do you have suggestions to help @Miikkamaegla, please?
Also, if anybody else has anything to add and/or share, please feel free to join in the conversation 🙂
Thanks a lot and have a nice day!

Hey!

Thank you for these tips I will check them out.

Hopefully some clear guides are made so these things become easier and clearer to implement.

I have also added this through Google Tag Manager:

`_hsq.push(['doNotTrack', {track: true}]);`

Since the Hubspot Cookies seem to be categorized as Marketing, I set doNotTrack to true if someone has accepted Marketing Cookie through the Cookie Information banner.

I am still unsure what I should do with a form on the page that is a Hubspot form. Shoud I not display that form to the user if they don’t accept Marketing cookies?

Thank you everyone for their help! 🌻

I was facing the same issues that you mentioned before I transferred from cPanel to [Cyberpanel.net](https://cyberpanel.net/) and from then I was able to have access to the plugin control panel on all sites that clients use.
