HubSpot CLI project validate and upload fail with HTTP 500 on project-schema endpoint

Hello HubSpot Developer Community,

I am experiencing a server-side HTTP 500 error while attempting to validate and upload a HubSpot project for VARA AI.

Both hs project validate and hs project upload fail before validation/upload can complete. The failure occurs at the same HubSpot request:

GET project-components-external/project-schemas/v3/2026.03

The HubSpot Technology Partner Program Team reviewed our diagnostic evidence and advised us to contact HubSpot Support and request a technical/server-side investigation using these correlation IDs.

The CLI separately reports that the project configuration and structure are valid. The captured failures occur when the CLI requests the project schema above, returning HTTP 500 before the commands can complete.

Could a HubSpot developer/support engineer please review the project-schema service logs associated with these correlation IDs, or advise how this issue can be escalated to the appropriate engineering team?

I can provide the complete validation and upload debug logs if required.
