How do I get rid of or move the banner?
Hey @EMussett3, Happy Friday!
Are you able to provide a screenshot with more information? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
Thank you,
Pam

Please see enclosed. This banner is blocking “Pop Out” and “Discard” functions on Outlook Screen.
That didn’t work, I guess. ![]()
But never mind, I already provided screenshots.
Pam,
In Outlook, when responding to an email or forwarding an email that was NOT previously tracked in HubSpot, the header of the message pane contains the [Discard] and the [Pop Out] buttons:
However, when responding to an email or forwarding an email that was previously tracked in HubSpot, the header of the message pane shows the HubSpot tracking results banner and it’s no longer possible to access the previously mentioned buttons:
@EMussett3 @DVilleneuve @MBallantyne @IHorman3 @HGooch @JLabMichael , the interim work around would be the [ESC] key for discarding a message and [CTRL] + [o] to pop out a message.
super helpful, thank you
Do we have an update resolution for this Issue, aside the ESC & Ctrl + O shortcut?
Can you please provide an update on this one? The suggestion of Ctrl+O from @TangoCharly is super helpful but it would be great if this problem could be resolved.
Thanks,
Mark
fix the issues already! there ample screenshots.
I’d be curious if there is a fix as well, this is super annoying!
That is the same banner. No solution yet?
Am having the exact same issue. Please advise
So what is happening with this? All we need is a cancel box on the right hand side to retire the message once we have seen it. Is this not a ridiculously easy bit of code to fix?
So many have weighed in on this, can we not be forced to remember our hot keys several times a day?
Thanks!
Any updates on this? Its’ super annoying.
The Outlook integration is a great tool but the practical usefulness is diminished by this design flaw. We’d really appreciate an update, even on whether this is on a roadmap or has been looked at. Any information is helpful, to know if we continue to recommend users to use the Outlook tool for HubSpot or not.
+1 Major issue, please provide a solution ASAP
Wow, a year later and there is no reply? Yep, still having the issue.. very annoying. CTRL+O works for now. Thanks to the others that have already posted about this issue.
